  • Dough should have a cookie dough-like consistency.
  • Knead for 10 - 15 minutes until the curds become dough-like, silky & not grainy at all.
  • It uses a similar recipe, except the cake is more dough-like, and we cut it in squares, and eat it in a sauce of milk.
  • Note - 1. Urad daal paste gets quite sticky so you probably need about 2 cups or more rice flour to get the desired dough-like consistency.
