• In the past, khadi shawls were made from hand spun and hand woven "khaddar" of different weaves and textures in Punjab.
• We were not into "khaddar" those days but somehow, emotion got the better of us and we wore the homespun cloth.
• From being a rough 'khaddar', Khadi has transformed itself to become a high-end wardrobe-must, evolving into many varieties.
