Only a few programs for the DS can actually run video, and they use a specific file type, the Ds-mPeG (DPG). the funny part is that you have DPG format supported by the converter (i use it all the time). this is really no big deal, the only thing that i have to do when converting to DPG is put in the screen dimensions (not really a big deal) but it could confuse some people trying to put video on there DS and don't know the file type (the program that runs movie (called moonshell) won't play the Mpeg-4 file).    From Wordnik.com.  [Media-Convert RDF feed] Reference
