Sebastopol, CA, 3/17/2009: Students who improve their vocabulary and spelling using www.eSpindle.org are now rewarded with a free episode of La Linea after each session.
The popular character, created out of a single line by Milano artist Osvaldo Cavandoli (“Cava”) is an internationally known classic that has won prestigious awards all over the world.
“La Linea entertains a young child as well as an adult. It can be equally enjoyed by people from all cultures,” says Rosevita Warda, Founder and Executive Director of eSpindle Learning. “eSpindle serves a very diverse audience, so we were looking for a reward that is appropriate for all skill levels and cultural backgrounds. We highly appreciate how Quipos supports our students in meeting their learning goals.”
Since implementation, eSpindle Learning has seen a drastic increase in the number of quizzes completed, and received enthusiastic feedback both from students and their parents.
“My son loves doing eSpindle quizzes, but I still needed to remind him regularly,” says M. Gibbons, parent of a 12 year old. “With the reward cartoons in place, he has been logging in without my prodding. La Linea definitely enforces his sense of accomplishment. I remember enjoying La Linea as a child and still love it. Such a funny and charming animation!”
